Maya Kahane and Ella Gonzalez created an interactive map which shows the global distribution of Antioch mosaics here.

Alex Klein created a paper about the twisted ribbon border, a meandering pattern of what appears to be a flat ribbon waving along across the mosaic in a repeated manner. The paper focuses on the twisted ribbon that transverses sinusoidally, and it identifies some variations of the pattern.
